Targeted Ayurvedic back massage – Vishesh Dos

Vishesh Dos is an Ayurvedic massage focused on the back. It combines gentle, enveloping movements inspired by Abhyanga with the stimulation of the back’s energy points.

This treatment invites the back to release tension and promotes deep relaxation. It may also bring a feeling of well-being and encourage a better flow of energy in this area.

I bring everything needed to set up the massage table in your home. For the treatment to take place in comfortable conditions, please make sure the room is sufficiently warm, at around 22°C.

Before the massage, we take some time to talk. The duration shown corresponds to the massage itself; please allow approximately one additional hour for setting up, the conversation before and after the massage, and packing everything away.

After the massage, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water and leave the oil on your skin for as long as possible.
