Upper-back, neck, head and face massage – Shiroabhyanga

Shiroabhyanga is an Ayurvedic massage of the upper back, neck, head and face. Performed with warm oil, it gently invites the body to release tension and offers a truly relaxing moment.

I use different oils depending on your needs, and you will be charmed by the facial oil, with its delicate floral notes.

I bring everything needed to set up the massage table in your home. For the treatment to take place in comfortable conditions, please make sure the room is sufficiently warm, at around 22°C.

Before the massage, we take some time to talk. The duration shown corresponds to the massage itself; please allow approximately one additional hour for setting up, the conversation before and after the massage, and packing everything away.
