Marm'abhyanga massage – 2 hour

Marmabhyanga is an enveloping Ayurvedic massage for the whole body. It combines the flowing movements of Abhyanga with the stimulation of energetic points. It is suited to those who wish to discover a more focused and deeper approach to Ayurvedic massage.

The massage is performed with warm oil containing herbs selected according to your needs. The rhythm and pressure of the movements are adapted during the session. They may be gentle, firmer, or combine both, depending on what feels right for you.

I bring everything needed to set up the massage table in your home. For the massage to take place in comfortable conditions, please make sure the room is sufficiently warm, at around 22°C.

Before the massage, we take some time to talk. The duration shown corresponds to the massage itself; please allow approximately one additional hour for setting up, the conversation before and after the massage, and packing everything away.
