Why is it free?
HolisBook was born from a simple idea: to support and promote the work of professionals in care, wellbeing and personal development, without imposing yet another subscription on them.
That is why the essential features for receiving and managing your appointments are free, and will stay free. In the future, HolisBook will offer additional paid options, but they will always remain optional.

The confirmation, a reminder before the appointment, and clients cancel or reschedule themselves, within your deadlines.
Your rules
You approve every request, only those from new clients, or none at all. Deadlines, breaks and days, session by session.

Connected to Google Calendar, or shown in your iPhone's calendar.

How it works
Your page
Introduce yourself, describe your sessions and say where you see clients: at your practice, online, or both. You get a link and a QR code to share.
Your clients book
They pick a free slot and leave their details, with no account or password. They get a confirmation and a reminder before the appointment, and can cancel or reschedule it themselves.
You stay in control
A new client? Accept their request in one click from the email, or decline it. Your time off closes your slots, and all your appointments are in one place.
Keep your calendar, and your habits
You keep noting your appointments where you do today. Do you use Google Calendar? Connect it to HolisBook, and nobody can book a time that's already taken. With another calendar, your iPhone's for example, your HolisBook appointments appear in it on their own. It's optional.
What HolisBook reads
If you connect Google Calendar: the busy times in the calendars you choose, and the list of your calendars so you can make that choice. Never the title, content or attendees of your appointments.
What HolisBook writes
Your appointments and your requests awaiting approval, in a “HolisBook” calendar created for them. No other calendar is touched.
What we don't do with it
Anything else. This data is never sold, passed on or used for advertising. You can disconnect your calendar whenever you like, and the “HolisBook” calendar is then deleted.
