Energising Ayurvedic massage – Udvartana

Udvartana is an energising Ayurvedic massage that covers the whole body, except for the head. It is performed using a herbal powder selected for its different qualities.

The movements are more invigorating and can create a feeling of lightness when the body feels heavy or sluggish. This treatment can also be particularly suitable during seasonal changes, when you feel like taking care of yourself in a different way.

I bring everything needed to set up the massage table in your home. For the treatment to take place in comfortable conditions, please make sure the room is sufficiently warm, at around 22°C.

Before the massage, we take some time to talk. The duration shown corresponds to the massage itself; please allow approximately one additional hour for setting up, the conversation before and after the massage, and packing everything away.

At the end of the treatment, some powder may remain on the skin. Please wear clothes that you do not mind getting marked and do not apply any products to your skin before the massage.
