Made by a practitioner, for practitioners

HolisBook was designed by a practitioner who sees clients in their own practice, and knows how many messages it can take to set up a single appointment. What you want from a tool is to forget it's there.

That's why it's free. No subscription, no commission on your sessions, no ads on your page. The idea is simple: make your work easier, so your time goes to your clients rather than to your calendar.

  • Free

Online booking is free, with no booking limit.

  • No commission

What your clients pay you stays with you. HolisBook takes nothing along the way.

  • Thought out by a practitioner

The details that matter in practice are there: client consent for health data, workshops with limited places, time off that closes your slots.

The practices, family by family

Frequently asked questions

Is there free appointment software for therapists?

Yes: HolisBook. It's free for practitioners, with no subscription or commission. You create your page in about ten minutes, clients book online without creating an account, and reminders go out on their own.

What kinds of sessions can I offer?

Two, and you can do both. One-to-one sessions by appointment: you set your hours, at your practice or online, and each client picks their time. Group activities: a workshop, or a retreat over several days, on a fixed date with a number of places; clients sign up online, and you have the list of participants.

Does my practice have a place on HolisBook?

HolisBook welcomes 42 care and wellbeing practices today, from massage to psychotherapy, yoga and naturopathy. If yours is missing, write to us and we'll add it.

Do I need to be a therapist to use it?

No. Coaches, yoga teachers, workshop leaders: HolisBook is for anyone who sees clients by appointment or in groups. The word “practitioner” covers them all.

Why is HolisBook free?

Because it was designed by a practitioner, to make other practitioners' work easier. Receiving and managing your appointments will stay free; paid options may come later, always optional.

Is my data, and my clients' data, protected?

It's hosted in the European Union, never sold and never used for advertising. For a practice that touches on health, clients give their consent before booking.

Why is it free?

HolisBook was born from a simple idea: to support and promote the work of professionals in care, wellbeing and personal development, without imposing yet another subscription on them.

That is why the essential features for receiving and managing your appointments are free, and will stay free. In the future, HolisBook will offer additional paid options, but they will always remain optional.

Free for practitioners. Ten minutes, and your page is online.
